Employees can increase by $10k or $20k during Open Enrollment. Their amended plan will be GI (Guaranteed Issue) of $160,000. $10k increments to $500k max, or 7x salary max.
*Evidence of Insurability required for amounts more than $20k (employee) and $10k (spouse).
Short-term disability is insurance that offers temporary income replacement for individuals unable to work due to non-work-related medical conditions, usually lasting a few weeks to several months. It provides financial support until the person can return to work or access long-term disability benefits if necessary.

Voluntary Accident Coverage insurance is a supplemental policy that individuals can choose to purchase to receive benefits in the event of accidental injuries, such as fractures, burns, or dislocations. It provides financial support to help cover medical costs, treatment, and other expenses resulting from accidental injuries.
Long-term Disability Insurance Plan provides a cash benefit if you can't work for 90+ days due to injury, illness, or surgery. It offers group rates for eligible employees, includes "EmployeeConnect Plus" services for confidential access to counselors and legal/financial aid for you and your family. Monthly benefit is 60% of your salary, capped at $5,000, with a 90-day waiting period.
